Couriers
Preparing shipment of goods with your courier on your behalf:
Our Staff will take care of the initial administrative matters, the first in house - in office part of the handling and the dispatch of your shipment.

We will then notify your courier that the goods are waiting to be picked-up and prepare the shipment together with your courier.
| Note: | The waybill must bear your customer account number with the respective courier. |
Responsibilities of the payer:
You must have a customer
account number with the courier of your choice and provide us with confirmation
in writing that you will pay for
the shipment. If necessary, make
sure that you are well insured for the full value of your goods.
Note: Insurance is exclusively the responsibility of the customer.
Responsibilities of the courier:
Your courier is responsible for the safe transportation of
your goods. You should contact your
courier if you are not satisfied with the service provided or if you have any
complaints with regard to the pick-up, transport and/or delivery of your order.
We would like you to inform us
of your experience(s) with your courier.
Your courier:
WillCo Wells B.V. is only prepared to hand over your
valuable goods to a limited number of worldwide, well known and well-respected
couriers. For your convenience we
have provided a direct link to four well-known couriers.
Insurance:
These couriers ship a great number of packages each and
every day. However, things may go
wrong with your shipment. If
insurance is required, you must state clearly on the shipping documents/waybill
that you require insurance for the goods.
