Payment
All our well-respected clients,
private, corporate and governmental, domiciled outside of the Netherlands,
unless agreed otherwise in writing and signed by the President of WillCo Wells
B.V., are required to settle their accounts before delivery/dispatch from our
warehouses.
All payments, deliveries, dispatch and
transport are subject to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions to our
General Terms and Conditions of Sale & Delivery. All costs are ex works,
and exclude transport costs, insurance costs, VAT of 17.5%, customs levies,
taxes (e.g.: import and/or export taxes) and all other applicable costs which
shall be paid in full by the customer.
Our General Terms and Conditions of Sale & Delivery, as deposited at the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam, can be found under the heading COMPANY in the section entitled Legal Notice.
All our clients domiciled in the Netherlands are required to settle their accounts before delivery/dispatch only for their first delivery. Thereafter they may order on account. However, WillCo Wells B.V. reserves the right, at all times, to require payment before delivery.
