Payment

 

Dear WillCo-dish®User, we offer the following 'Payment' options:

Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Wire Transfer, Bank Cheque and Telephonic Transfer.

 

Credit card: 

Visa	Eurocard / Mastercard	American Express

Obliquatory are:

1. Which credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express).
2. The card NUMBER.
3. The NAME of the credit card owner (Name on the card).
4. The EXPIRE DATE on the card (MM-YY)
5. The CVC NUMBER (3 or 4 digits, for security, on the back of the card)
6. Phone number and e-mail address of the person on the credit card.

NOTE: We are being charged (5%) by the card company, when our Customers are using their credit card.
That is why we charge 5% of the "Total Amount Due" in the invoice you have received, for using the card.

NOTE: We do not make any profit, from "Bank -/Payment charges" nor from "Shipping (Courier, mail or Transporter) costs".

Bank transfer

When the "bank transfer" is the option of your choice, then please ensure that WillCo Wells B.V. receives the payment in our bank account, within 30 days from the date in your invoice.

Wire transfer

When the "wire transfer" is the option of your choice, then please ensure that WillCo Wells B.V. receives the payment in our bank account, in full. Please be aware of the bank - / payment fees to your bank, as well as our bank.

Bank Cheque

When the "Bank Cheque" is your regular way of making your payments, we must receive the first (few or more and at WillCo Wells B.V. discretion how many) payments by "Bank Transfer".
In the case(s) where the "Bank Cheque" is "the only" way of making your payments, we kindly ask you to contact us before making the payment.

The "Bank Cheque" shall be drawn from an INTERNATIONAL BANK as well as A BANK WHICH IS RECOGNIZED WORLD WIDE, TO BE A GENERALLY KNOWN - AND SOLID BANK.

NOTE: Because we will be charged by our bank (ING Bank - Amsterdam) when cashing the Bank Cheque, 
            we have to charge an additional EURO 20,00 to cover for these bank charges.

NOTE: WillCo Wells B.V. does not make any profit from payment transactions, nor from any shipping -/transport
            cost.

When the "telephonic transfer" is the option of your choice, inform your bank and provide all information for the payment, to the bank. Then please ensure that WillCo Wells B.V. is the receiver of the funds.

Letter of Credit or LC (Irrevocable Letter of credit)

We are sorry to say, that we do not accept payment, by Letter of Credit.

          This concerns the cost in full, for all payment options, which we offer herein. It is our experience, that the 
          Payee does pay for the cost in the home (his/her) country; please do not forget to pay for the
